Bryce Canyon National Park
The park is open 24/7 throughout the year. There may be temporary road closures during and shortly after winter snow storms until plowing is completed and conditions are safe for visitor traffic.
Visitor Center Operating Hours
Summer 8am - 8pm (May - September)
Fall (October) 8am - 6pm
Winter (November - March) 8am - 4:30pm
Spring (April) 8am - 6pm
4.5 miles south of the intersection of Hwy. 12 & Hwy. 63
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day (Visitor Center and fee booths only, park is open.)
Short informational video shown on the 1/2 hour and on the hour. Short geology talks (usually held at Sunset Point) are held in the Visitor Center museum during bad weather.
A museum with displays on local geology, wildlife, star gazing, historic and prehistoric culture.
Restrooms, bookstore, and a Ranger/VIP staffed information desk. Obtain back-country permits at this desk.
Pets are permitted in the park but NOT on the trails.
Bryce Canyon is in the Mountain Time Zone.
