No pets allowed.
100% smoke-free means no smoking anywhere on the property. $250 assessed for smoking in the room. No candles allowed in the rooms.
As a small, historic inn we are not required to abide by ADA requirements and are not handicapped accessible.
All rates are subject to 12.2% tax
Credit card required to hold all reservations.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: One night deposit required on reservations of 3 NIGHTS or more. Reservations of 3 ROOMS or more also require a deposit of 1 night for 1 room. This means that if you reserve 2 rooms x 2 nights = 4 nights and there will be a deposit required for 1 night for 1 room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received before 3:00 p.m., 7 days prior to arrival to be considered for refunds. Cancellations received after that will result in a charge for any rooms that you reserved that are not re-rented.
DEPOSIT REFUNDS: The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received timely. If the cancellation is received after the cut-off date and the room(s) are re-rented for all the reserved dates, then the deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be made to the same credit card as was orginally charged minus a $25 service fee.
BANKING YOUR CANCELLATION: If you cancel after the cut-off date and are charged for rooms that were not re-rented....you can use those charges towards another stay within 90 days. Only applies for the posted dates we are open.
Balance of reservation is due in full upon check-out
