Breakfast is served anytime you like between 7:00 - 9:00 a.m....after all, this is YOUR vacation, not mine, I'm here to serve you. So start your day early or sleep in, it's your choice.
I can accommodate a wide variety of tastes and special needs. I am a country-style cook and make every effort to use natural, organic and local products as much as possible. I make many different dishes including muffins, breads, omelets, quinoa fritters, quiches & souffles, Southwestern dishes such as Huevos Rancheros, blue corn waffles, stuffed French toast, homemade yogurt and granola, smoothies and Tofu Scramble.
Vegetarian, vegan, diabetic and gluten-free breakfasts are no problem, just let me know ahead of time.
Large group? I can put two tables together and seat a group of 12.
